Dear QAS Families, 

Due to recent storms, widespread outages, and uncertainty surrounding when power, internet, and other essential services will be restored, the Mary Mother of Mercy Catholic Parish schools—Queen of All Saints and Notre Dame Catholic School—will delay the start of school until Monday, August 24.

Additionally, Queen of All Saints will NOT be hosting Back to School Sunday on August 17. Please keep an eye on our social media channels and your email for updates regarding rescheduled back-to-school events.

While progress is being made throughout our community, the delayed restoration of essential services makes it difficult for our staff and facilities to be fully prepared. This extra time will allow us to ensure everything is ready to safely welcome our students and families back.

We know everyone was looking forward to the first day of school, but on the bright side, the kids get a few bonus days of summer vacation!

We truly appreciate the patience, flexibility, and understanding of our families as our community continues to recover. Please stay safe and continue looking out for one another.
