Queen of All Saints School
National Junior Honor Society
Father Basil Moreau, C.S.C., Chapter
Moderators: Miss Mikulski and Mrs. Gondeck
Membership in the National Junior Honor Society is one of the highest honors
that can be awarded to a student. The National Junior Honor Society strives
to recognize the total student: one who excels in all of these qualities;
SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, SERVICE, CHARACTER and CITIZENSHIP. Determination
for membership is made on report card grades, conduct grades, demonstration of
the qualities expected by the National Junior Honor Society, and teacher
recommendation. Induction is held twice a year: in June and in January.
Students in seventh and eighth grades, only, may apply for membership.
The National Junior Honor Society members will be participating in school-wide
tutoring, hosting the annual Science Fair and reception, and Good Will Ambassadors
for Open House and Parent Nights.
The Faculty Council, mandated by the National Council will meet at least twice a year to review the
procedures of the chapter and to select members.
